Speaker Profile

Tony Anderson is a seasoned consultant and economic analyst with expertise in project management, economic development, and data analytics. He currently serves as a consultant with DAI Global, where for the past three years he has served as Project Manager for the Ghana Investment Support Programme a technical assistance initiative led by British International Investment (BII) and supported by Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). In this role, he supports efforts to strengthen Ghana’s private equity and venture capital ecosystem through stakeholder engagement, ecosystem development, and targeted capacity-building initiatives.

Previously, Tony spearheaded the Data Analytics team at WEDU Global, a global women’s leadership and mentorship organization, where he contributed to the organization’s expansion into Africa and the ASEAN region through data-driven strategy and program insights. Earlier in his career, he served as Economic Analyst to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ghana, providing strategic analysis on trade, investment, and economic policy to support bilateral economic engagement.

Tony holds an MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He combines strong technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful solutions at the intersection of investment, business strategy, and economic development.
