Mirabelle Moreaux is a well-rounded leader with two decades of experience in private investments, business advisory and project management. She has a track record for designing and managing equity, credit and technical assistance solutions for early and growth stage small and medium businesses. Mirabelle is passionate about working with such businesses to build, optimize and scale their operations. She continues to be on a quest to work with partners to create and implement solutions that generate social and economic value for their stakeholders.

Mirabelle leads the Ghana Investment Support Programme. She is the Vice Chair of Impact Investing Ghana and a member of the inaugral board of the Africa Impact Investment Group. Her previous role as Partner at Injaro Investments included fundraising, investing, partnership development, talent management, compliance and AML functions. She also mentors entrepreneurs in her current angel investment portfolio that includes businesses in precision medicine, engineering, catering, shoe manufacturing and farming. Prior to Injaro, Mirabelle was an Engagement Manager at Booz & Company, a global management consulting firm, where she solved problems for top businesses and governments in the USA, Middle East and North Africa. 

Mirabelle graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honours from Grinnell College and the London School of Economics with a B.A. in Economics and French. She holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
