Joshua Ahiaba

Joshua Ahiaba works with the Netherlands Enterprise and Development Agency (RVO) as Program Manager for the Green, Digital and Inclusive Private Sector Development Program. He is an experienced Project Management Professional with expertise in Agribusiness, Development Management and Monitoring and Evaluation.
He has over two decades of experience as a Project Manager with practical, on the job and academic experience in Private Sector Development, Policy and Framework Development, Business Development, Skills Development, Partnerships and Institutional Building, Organizational Development, Employment Promotion, Migration and Development, Local Economic Development, Value Chain Development, Networking, Capacity Development, Stakeholder Management, Facilitation and Moderation, Team Building and Monitoring and Evaluation.
Prior to his current role, Joshua worked with several projects and programs of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) for over two decades. He holds a First Degree in Agriculture (from KNUST); Master’s in Development Management and Monitoring and Evaluation (from GIMPA and the Christian Service University respectively) with over ten Certificate programs and Joshua has participated in many short Trainings in various disciplines across the World.
He has passion for life empowerment initiatives. He has a good track record of project formulation and design, project implementation, Management, Stakeholder engagement and he is a transformational leader. Over the years, he demonstrated ability to innovate, communicate, engage, encourage and inspire others and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and streamline processes, resulting in improved efficiency. Proven skills in team leadership and conflict resolution.
