Francis Mensah Arthur is an experienced Chartered Accountant with over 10 years post qualification professional experience. He additionally holds a masters degree in international business.Francis has worked in senior financial management roles such as Internal Auditor, Finance Manager, and Accountant for various industries including FMCG, Healthcare, Water and Sanitation. In the last 7 years, he has worked as a consultant, executing over 48 consulting assignments for clients and partners such as IFC of the World Bank Group, USAID, GIZ, UNICEF, DSIK, FSD Africa etc. His expertise cuts across fund raising, corporate governance, ESG, business planning, training etc. Francis has closed over $3.9 million in funding for businesses in Ghana in the last 2 years, with additional $1.2 million at concluding stage as well as series of pipelines. He has executed training assignments for over 5,000 participants from over 500 businesses across FMCG, agriculture, financial services and commerce.Francis is currently the Manager for Technical, Consultancy and Donor Projects at ICAG.
