Work: Held various positions in Global Affairs Canada, including Senior Advisor to the Deputy Minister of international Development, Senior Advisor for Regional Development Banks, Deputy Director on the Mali Development Program. Worked on many country programs: Kenya, Mali, Haiti, Mongolia, Senegal. Has been posted abroad, including Kenya, Senegal, and Ghana.

Bibliography: published extensively on drivers of Rural-Urban Migration in Senegal; Remittances from Canada to Caribbean countries; competitive advantages of step crops and exports crops in Burundi; and youth issues in a context of social fragility in Burundi.

In Ghana, I like to buy fruits (pineapples and mangoes) at street shops and I secretly envy motorcyclers at traffic lights.
