Barbara is the Chief Executive Officer of Zinari Capital, a pioneering investment advisory and venture capital firm in Ghana. She brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of impact investing, entrepreneurship, business development support and women’s economic empowerment. Barbara also leads the Zinari Women’s Enterprise Fund (ZWEF), a  blended-finance vehicle supporting women-led and women-focused SMEs. She has a proven record of structuring investments, mobilising capital, and building partnerships that advance inclusive and sustainable growth across West Africa.
