Etemore Glover

Etemore Glover is the Chief Executive Officer of the Impact Investors’ Foundation (IIF), a leading non-profit organization committed to accelerating the growth of impact investing in Nigeria. Through her strategic leadership, IIF has strengthened a dynamic ecosystem of investors, policymakers, and development institutions—driving collaboration and mobilizing private capital toward solutions that address Nigeria’s most urgent social and environmental challenges.
She brings a rich and diverse background in financial services, having held key roles across retail, corporate, and investment banking at FBN Merchant Bankers Limited and Zenith Bank PLC. Her transition into the development sector began with her pioneering tenure as Executive Secretary of the Knowledge Exchange Centre (KEC), where she designed and led initiatives that advanced entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, and inclusive economic growth.
Etemore holds a double honors degree in Economics and Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an MBA from the University of Leicester. She further deepened her expertise in the non-profit and development space by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in NGO and Development Management from the University of East London, UK and the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Recognized as a thought leader in impact investing and development finance, Etemore serves as a SDG Impact Standards Consultant. She is a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria and a Fellow Africapitalism of The New Institute, Hamburg. Her professional strengths span fundraising, strategic leadership, entrepreneurship development, research, NGO management, and investment strategy—positioning her as a driving force within Nigeria’s impact investment landscape and beyond.
She is also passionate about advancing the career and personal growth of women from the Niger Delta. Through Kilali Tribe—a vibrant collective of purpose-driven professionals—she champions initiatives that strengthen development outcomes in the region. She actively mentors young women through the Women in Successful Careers (WISCARS) and her alma mater, contributing to the next generation of female leaders.
In recognition of her contributions, Etemore received the Women Achievers’ Africa Changemakers Award (2025) and the Peak Performer Admirable Women in Leadership Award (2025).
