Ms. Dina Opoku is an astute Banker with a strong background in Sales and Marketing, Human Resource Development and Management, Strategic Communication Technique and an impeccable Organizational Leadership Skill. With experience spanning over 15 years in Banking Operations, Customer Service, Relationship Management and Organizational Leadership, she has held Managerial roles in Branches and Departments in companies such as Republic Bank, GT Bank and D.V.L.A. Her knowledge lies in augmenting operational systems, driving team performance and human capital creativity.

Dina Opoku holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She is currently pursuing her Masters in Brands and Communications Management at the University of Professional Studies. She has strong teaching skills, having earned herself a Certificate in Education from Ola Training College in Cape Coast. Her unique ability to identify talents and nurture is overwhelming. In her service with Republic Bank Ghana PLC, she has choked a lot of successes having bagged several awards; MD’s Excellence Award – Outstanding Performance in Deposit Growth & Card Sales, Manager Adabraka Branch – ECPD, Top Relationship Manager Tema, Top Performance Award CLC, Tema, Top Performance Award ELC, Tema, just to mention a few.

Dina is known for her versatility in leadership, she has excellent people management skills, and committed to all assigned tasks. Beyond her professional duties, she is active in youth development and religious engagement, contributing to youth enablement and church activities through various leadership roles. At Republic Bank, she brings a headfirst-thinking tactic to team building and team performance, with a vision to boost the Banks attractiveness on the world market.
