Speaker Profile

Honourable Atta Issah is a Member of the Finance Committee in the 9th Parliament of Ghana, serving from 2025 to 2029.  He represents the Sagnarigu Constituency in the Northern Region as a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

His professional background includes being a Chartered Accountant (ICAG), a Master’s in Accounting & Finance (UPSA), and a PhD candidate in Finance (University of Ghana).  He previously served as Acting National Accountant and later National Accountant for the NDC from 2016 to 2024.

He is also a member of the Trade, Industry & Tourism Committee in Parliament.
