Freda Donkor is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, Co-founder and CEO of FH Depot Company Ltd, and a dynamic business leader with over 18 years of cross-industry experience spanning real estate, facilities management, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Design from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and began her career in real estate marketing, where she spent over a decade building expertise in brand strategy, market positioning, and client engagement. During this period, she also led facilities management operations, sharpening her capabilities in operational efficiency and systems thinking.

In 2018, Freda Co-founded FH Depot Company Ltd, a rapidly growing FMCG distribution business that has evolved into a key player within Ghana’s retail and wholesale ecosystem. Under her leadership, the company has built a robust distribution network serving over 1000 small scale distributors, retailers and wholesalers, leveraging structured logistics, strong partnerships, and market insight to drive scale. Her work exemplifies how indigenous enterprises can unlock growth by harnessing local market knowledge, disciplined execution, and strategic capital deployment.

A strong advocate for locally led growth, Freda has successfully positioned FH Depot to benefit from institutional partnerships, including a strategic relationship with Absa Bank Ghana and Growth Investment Partners, which has supported the company’s expansion and operational scaling. Her journey reflects the critical role of local capital in empowering African businesses to grow sustainably and competitively.

In 2024, she co-founded Kingsville Events Place, a 300-seater events centre in Kumasi, further demonstrating her commitment to building diversified, impact-driven businesses that contribute to local economic development and job creation.
