NAYA Success Axis was formally registered as a business in April 2019 and was adjudged the best female farm by Adenta Municipal Assembly in 2021. Since its inception, the farm has produced and sold over 10,000 units of eggs. It currently has 2 branches located at Adenta Housing Down and Aburi in the Eastern Region. From a humble beginning of 300 chickens, the farm currently has a capacity of over 7,000 birds and is still growing. NAYA Success Axis Farm is seeking to contribute to local farmers’ efforts of meeting the country’s demand for poultry products.
This business was born as a need to urgently engage a fraction of the over 275,000 unemployed graduates churned out of universities annually/youth of Ghana in Agriculture as a means of survival considering the wide array of opportunities along the poultry value chain. High levels of post-harvest losses exist locally meanwhile imports of chicken and meat products are on the ascendency.
Large farms cultivation for economies of scale and innovation in processing is our solution. With a focus of making locally raised chicken palatable and easier to consume, varieties of chicken in terms of processing are sold for convenience, snacking, extended shelf-life and swift meal preparation.
As a growing business, we leverage on networks and partnerships with Farming Value Chain Associations. The business employs over 30 people directly and indirectly through its value chain operations. We hope to scale this number exponentially in the next few years as the business grows.
Awards won by the Business include: 6th place of the Presidential pitch season 2, British Council’s Jobs for Youth Migration and Employment Program (Business Incubation and Acceleration), Ghana Poultry Project’s Mentoring Program 2021 (Mentee with Amas Farms), Tony Elumelu Foundation 2021 Alumnus, the National Acceleration Program 2021, Best Female Farmer for Adentan Municipality for 2021, MDF – Orange Corners Cohort Five Program (2022), SBIR Orange Sparks Project phase 2 (2023-2024), Tallow Agribusiness Venture Cohort 2 (2025), and scale up funding from Deal Source Africa/Impact Investing Ghana (2025).
