Emmanuel Alex Yaw Asiedu is the CEO of Right to Dream Ghana, leading the West African operations for one of the world’s foremost football and education academies dedicated to nurturing exceptional talent and shaping future African leaders.

He serves as Chair of Impact Investing Ghana, the National Advisory Board for mobilizing capital toward sustainable development, and Chair of Goldkey Properties, one of the region’s premier real estate development firms.

Alex’s financial career is marked by significant institutional scale. He previously led Standard Bank Group’s Africa Regions Investment Management business, overseeing US$12 billion in assets, and served as Managing Director of Stanbic Investment Management Services with a pan-African investment mandate.

A Yale World Fellow, Alex holds a diverse governance portfolio, including boards such as Letshego Ghana, MTN Fintech Trust, Legacy Girls College, and the Achimota School Endowment Trust. He is also a faculty member at Ashesi University’s Centre for Leadership and has previously served on the boards of the Venture Capital Trust Fund of Ghana and WACCBIP.
