Nathalie is a Partner at Open Capital and serves as Head of West Africa and Head of the firm’s Gender Practice. She brings over 20 years of experience in management consulting and programme leadership, focused on driving private sector growth and social impact across Africa. Nathalie has led complex, multi-country, donor-funded programmes centred on SME investment readiness, ecosystem development, and access to finance.

She serves as a trusted advisor to global investors and financial institutions deploying capital into African markets and has played a key role in mobilizing over USD 790 million for women-led and gender-smart businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa. Nathalie also has deep sector expertise in agribusiness, clean energy, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Open Capital, she was an Associate Partner at Sahel Consulting and previously worked at Monitor Deloitte, advising Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and international development agencies. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Université du Québec, Trois-Rivières and the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is bilingual in English and French
